Shipping policy

We do our best to ship all orders in stock as quickly as possible, typically within 1-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (unless otherwise noted.) You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

We do not ship to PO Boxes. There are some addresses and states we are not able to ship to. In the winter, we also pause delivery to some states.

We do not control shipping channels and routes. Unforeseen and unexpected issues may arise. And delays may happen due to weather, UPS, USPS & FedEx operations that are not in our control. We will do our best to contact you if or when it affects the shipment of your order. 

*Note: All Free Shipping promotions and offers apply only to delivery and receiving addresses in the continental United States. There are also some addresses and states we are not able to ship to.
