Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate
Location: Seattle, Washington

Job Summary:

Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Wines is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, both wholesale and direct-to-consumer. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as maintaining inventory and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Shift Days/Hours: Part Time / Flexible Schedule
Wage: DOE
Benefits: Sick Pay, (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO dependent on hours per week.)

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.
• Assemble shipping boxes and prepare them for order fulfillment.
• Utilize various packaging materials to ensure safe transport of products.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain organized inventory and restock items as needed.
• Prepare shipments for delivery via UPS or USPS, including generating shipping labels and necessary documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient order fulfillment operations.
• Monitor and report any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or order fulfillment to the supervisor.
• Assist in customer support to resolve any order-related inquiries when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and healthy work environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in order fulfillment procedures.
• Clean up and maintain the organization of the warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently without issue.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
• Ability to work efficiently.
• Self-driven; proactive problem solver that can bring trusted solutions to increase and/or maintain expected productivity.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate order management systems and shipping software.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy objects.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in order fulfillment, preferably in a warehouse or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of various business-to-business e-commerce websites is advantageous.
• Forklift Certified

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in showcasing our exquisite range of non-alcoholic wines through captivating tastings and unforgettable events. Responsibilities:

Conduct Engaging Tastings: Lead and facilitate non-alcoholic wine tastings, both on-site and off-site, providing an exceptional and informative experience for consumers, retailers, and industry professionals. Showcase the distinct flavors, aromas, and characteristics of our non-alcoholic wines while highlighting their craftsmanship and quality.

Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute events that align with Jøyus' brand image and target audience. This includes but is not limited to wine dinners, trade shows, festivals, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure a seamless and memorable event experience.

Product Knowledge and Training: Develop an in-depth understanding of Jøyus' non-alcoholic wine portfolio, flavor profiles and brand. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to effectively educate customers and stakeholders about our products.

Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, influencers, and industry professionals. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Jøyus at industry events and fostering meaningful connections within the non-alcoholic beverage community.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable insights and feedback from tastings and events, contributing to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives. Assist with content creation, including tasting notes, event collateral, and social media posts, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements:

• A passion for the world of beverages, with a particular interest in non-alcoholic wines and the evolving landscape of the industry.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences about non-alcoholic wines.
• A charismatic and personable nature, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events and tastings.
• Familiarity with wine varietals and flavor profiles is highly desirable.
• Food Handlers Permit (If you don’t have one already, we will assist in the process.)
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the food and beverage sector a plus
