Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at orders@drinkjoyus.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Please note, our refund policy does not include shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of any damages. 


Returns
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to no longer serve customers with excessive return requests.
