Become a BBQ Master
Who says you need alcohol in your hand to grill a mean burger or barbecue a perfect rib? This summer you’re living that alcohol-free life—let your taste buds embark on a culinary adventure and hone your skills as a grill guru. Create a sober-friendly BBQ bash, complete with non-alcoholic wine and gourmet burgers. (Our NA cab is the perfect compliment to grilled meat, if we do say so ourselves).
Imagine a warm summer evening under a sky bursting with stars, with your favorite movie flickering on a big screen. Sounds dreamy, doesn't it? Setting up an outdoor cinema in your backyard is easier than you might think. All you need is a projector, a blank wall or sheet for a screen screen, some comfy seating, and popcorn, of course!
Master a New Water Sport
Ever tried paddleboarding, kayaking, or windsurfing? Summer is the perfect time to dive into a new hobby, especially one that gets you active and out on the water. Not only is it a fantastic workout, but the feeling of gliding over the water is an unbeatable stress buster.
The great outdoors is calling your name! Why not answer with a heart-pumping hike, a camping trip away or tranquil picnic? Connecting with nature is a great way to stay grounded in your sober and/or recovery journey. It's a serene reminder of the bigger picture and your place in it. Don't forget to pack your favorite non-alcoholic drinks to toast to the sunset!
