- 3 oz Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé
- 2 oz zero proof gin (we recommend Monday)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
Strain the cocktail into a glass.
Top the cocktail with your chilled Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé.
NOTES:To make the simple syrup, combine equal parts granulated sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let cool before using.
You can adjust the sweetness of the cocktail by adding more or less simple syrup to taste.
