Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Lavender Cocktail
Spring is here in the Pacific Northwest which means it’s almost lavender season! In anticipation of the soft purple blooms, we're sipping on this light and refreshing mocktail.
We love a two ingredient cocktail. To make the Sparkling Lavender Cocktail you will need:
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz Jøyus Sparkling Wine
- 1 tbsp Lavender Syrup (We recommend Portland Syrups!)
- Garnish: lavender sprig or lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS:
This drink is as simple as it is beautiful. Carefully place one tablespoon of lavender syrup at the bottom of your champagne flute. Slowly top with Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine. Garnish with a small sprig of lavender or a lemon twist. And that's it!
