INGREDIENTS:

1 750ml bottle Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon
2 Whole Oranges
2-4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, Honey or Sugar
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2-4 Star Anise
4-6 Whole Cloves

Garnish Options:
Fresh Cranberries, Star Anise, Cinnamon Sticks, Orange Slices

INSTRUCTIONS:

Start by prepping your ingredients. Take one of the oranges and cut into even slices. Take your second orange and squeeze for juice. Then—in a large pot—combine your Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon, the orange juice you just squeezed, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and 2-4 tablespoons of sweetener (to taste). Stir to combine your ingredients. Heat on medium until you see steam. You’re just trying to heat to a simmer NOT a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 10-15 additional minutes. If you like your mulled wine spicier—keep simmering for an additional 30-60 minutes. The longer you simmer, the stronger the cinnamon, cloves and anise will flavor your NA Mulled Wine.

Serve in your favorite mug!

P.S. We picked up our star anise at Sugar Pill in Seattle! #lovelocal
